Monday, Dec 30, 2019 the Board of Directors for Bearded Dragon Inc. made an unanimous vote to remove an original board member from the board of directors.
In a special meeting, in accordance with the bylaws of the organization, Article III Section 4, Sonya Baran of Bloomington, IL has been removed from the Board of Directors. The remainder of the original board members voted in favor of her removal and found that her removal was in the best interest of the non-profit organization.
All further questions or comments should be directed to [email protected]. As the organization’s focus is saving bearded dragons, the main concern of the organization is that cause. Any decisions of the board are based around this cause and the best interest of the organization.
